This is some unsolicited feedback from clients I have done work for.
We met Mike through an old family friend and have had the absolute pleasure and good fortune to know Mike Youden for some years now. At one point, Mike told us about his company and the work they do. Well, we asked him for some advice on a leak we were noticing under our garage pad and driveway. Mike arrived with a couple members of his crew and went to work determining what the issue was. They found numerous ways to fill the rather large cavity of space that had somehow progressed over the past 20 years under the cement. Had it not been for calling MGY-One Call, we were likely facing a drastic if not fatal collapse of the driveway, pad, or both. They gave us new peace of mind to be sure.
Recently, we had a leak in our basement ceiling. We again called Mike who sent over another of his crew – Doug. Doug was quick to react and within an hour had found the source of the leak and even answered our concerns as to how it took 20 years to develop. After that Doug set out our options and within a few days had created a wonderful new look for the room and the ceiling.
MGY Construction is not just restoration or disaster service. Mike and his people are tremendous. They are congenial, quick to find solutions and get to it with confidence. They are good people who think outside and inside the box to make sure the customer’s needs are met. At the top of the list, their confidence in themselves and the feeling you get knowing your world will be okay.

Hello Mike,
I just wanted to say a quick thank you… the new skylight has been a great improvement and has stood the test over the past few weeks with the fluctuating temperatures.
We are off to NZ on Sunday for 3 months and hopefully our house sitter, Dave, will continue to enjoy the same improvement.

Hi Michael,
Last year you repaired my patio re water ingress from the August hail storm. I just want you to know that you were the first of 3 contractors to do it right. The other 2 before you didn’t get it right.
You did the 3rd repair after I had water ingress for the 3rd time (August) since the 2005 flooding. I say you did it right because this June’s flooding had way more rain, but I stayed dry! Our whole building stayed dry.

I’m thrilled and amazed with the amount of light the tubular skylight lets into my bathroom. It feels like there is a light on all the time even though the sun has not been shining the past few days.
